Vinfotech develops software. Our customers operate venues. That distinction is the shape of the entire business.
The event-contract platform has been in development since 2025. It is built by Vinfotech (Viscus Infotech Ltd), a software company with 20 years of experience building regulated gaming and trading platforms, headquartered in Indore, India.
We build the trading engine, the AMM, the settlement layer, the FIX gateway, the compliance and surveillance subsystems, and the AI market operations engine. We deliver that platform to institutional customers, exchanges, brokerages, licensed operators, who deploy it under their own brand, domain, and regulatory authorisation. The customer is the regulated entity and the venue of record. Vinfotech is the infrastructure provider and does not appear as the operating venue to regulators, member firms, or end participants.
Our commercial shape is a software engagement, not a venue partnership. Platform license plus ongoing maintenance, with separately scoped custom development where the customer's requirements go beyond configuration. The output is software, running under the customer's license, not Vinfotech operating a market on the customer's behalf.
