Description
H.L. Engineers is engaged in the development and manufacturing of Autoclaves, Agitated Filter & Filter Dryer, Blenders and other equipment for the chemical industry. They are one of the leaders in the field and have a customer base spread across the world.
To effectively serve their existing customer base and also to decrease the cost of communication they wanted an Online Support System which could let their customers know the status of the work, status of accounts and other vital information at the click of a mouse.
Viscus Infotech was asked to do this and a team of consultant was sent to their factory and administrative office to understand the nature of work. We then developed the online Customer Relation Module (CRM) for H.L. Engineers. The solution was deployed in 30 days time and is being used successfully by H.L. Engineers and its clients till date.
