Making ideas a reality: the story of a video social networking startup

Vinfotech has always been helping startups in transforming their vision into reality. Two months ago we met two brilliant entrepreneurs who had a vision to change the world of social networking. We saw their introductory video which explained their ideas on building a video based social networking website and we were truly impressed by it, so we decided to shake hands with each other.

Meet Thomas Houge and Jeff Lucas, the founders of Fipeo LLC. Fipeo is a video based social networking website where users would interact with each other and form new connections. Once you have registered on the site, Fipeo allows you to create two video profiles. The first one is a personal profile video for connecting with new people and making friends and other one is a professional profile video for potential employers and connecting with others in the same profession. Both these profiles can be created using web and mobile apps. This site is designed for finding and connecting with people outside your network. Fipeo will have features like messaging, searching users based on interests, tags, gender and age. Members can record and send video messages to other members. They can also do live video chats with new people and connections on Fipeo.

At Vinfotech we specialize in social networking design and development for startups and enterprises. We build social networking sites for verticals like healthcare, economics, sports, educational institutes etc. Fipeo was a great challenge for the Vinfotech team since we had never worked on a video based social networking site before. The client had very high expectations from us in terms of creating beautiful user interface designs and our team did a great job there. Another challenge was to create a video chat application, which would support multiple users chatting at one time so our team did a lot of research and development to come up with an excellent solution for Fipeo.
