We've Learnt from our own and others’ Failures

This one is difficult to say but the truth is we’ve failed a couple of times. We’ve failed and did some terrible things like not having proper abuse controls on the site, not taking some strict security measures on some initial work that we did just to realize that we were subjected to a lot of SQL attacks.

At some point we made a mistake of changing everything for the users when they were enjoying the experience, moving the site to a premium subscription model from a free one, restricting access of a particular portal to only a few people only to realize that the competition caught up and scaled in other areas.

These are few mistakes we’ve made but we’ve documented everything and always learn from them. We fell, but we dusted ourselves off and always came back stronger the next day. The mantra at Vinfotech is "Make mistakes, but never repeat the same mistake" and we live by it.

Amazing Work Culture

All of us take pride in the fact of having created a workplace where we love to come every day. The whole place oozes positivity and all the customers who visit us love the energy of the place. As a team, we learn together, grow together, travel together and eat together. We actually have a designation called the Chief-Party-Organiser and she ensures that we’ve some brilliant events happening regularly, which at one end breaks the monotony, at the same time it brings all of us closer.

Even after 10-years of our inception the company has the heart of a young startup. We organize exciting technical events every week, organize coding competition and design seminars to constantly expand the portfolio of our abilities. We love what we do.
