1. Hourly : Our typical hourly wages are between US$15 - US$25 per hour. This vary with the kind of work we do and is generally different for Design, Programming and Project Management
2. Fix Cost : In case the requirements are clear and you have the project document requirement ready we can also give you a fix cost bid for your project based on the requirements
3. Man months : We can make an arrangement with you where we can have one or more of our team members work directly with you for the entire month. He/She would just be like your extended team, based here at Vinfotech. The typical prices here vary from $1600 per month to $2500 per month depending on the skills and experience.

Our design and engineering team is based in India and the normal work hours are 0900 India time (2030 PST) to 1900 hours India time (0630 PST) Mondays through Fridays. We understand that our customers are based in different timezones and sometimes it becomes difficult for them to be around on these hours. We do take care of these through the communication we follow with our clients (See Below). Also occasionally our project managers are available to work with the clients at their time.
Our primary Communication is through Emails and we are very diligent in responding to Emails. Our Project Managers use Messengers for Interactions as well. Other than this we use Skype for Voice Chat with the clients. You can even call us on our VoIP number (+1-760-406-8203). If there is any other tool you’d like us to use, we will be flexible with that as well.
We realize that effective communication is the key to project success. Our methodology and communication tools ensure that communication is never a problem between the teams. There are 2 major aspects of communication 1) People 2) Process / Technology. When it comes to people we hire only very smart project managers who besides being very good at their jobs and understanding of the entire technical & functional requirements, also have a very good verbal and written English skills. For process we are an enterprise user for BaseCamp Project Management tool and all our projects are managed there. This ensures that you as a customer always have access to all project communication and files 24*7.
Once the requirements is finalized, project questionnaires filled and the costs formally agreed to we start work by accepting a basic upfront payment. Typically we start work on your project within a week of receiving the first payment from you.
Since we are a company registered under The Govt of India Software Technology Parks the preferred mode of payment receipt is through official Bank Channel. All our International Customers normally wire the money to us through International SWIFT transfers. SWIFT Transfers are very fast and most of the time we receive the money here in India the same day when you send it.
